It's Japanese style hotel with very nice Onsen. This is my first experience that we have to removes our shoes when we enter the hotel.The hotel location quit near with Sendai train station and city center where we were very easy to looking for meal and shopping

The ryokan provides a hot spring bath and a housekeeping service. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night! Exceptional staff. They even dropped us at the train station in the morning so we could have an excursion. How this is only a 3 star hotel I will never know. Go here, you won't regret it. Amazing value

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site. Highly recommended. The staff are standout super efficient, always available and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and newly refurbished (especially the rooms). The Japanese breakfast was an amazing experience. If we had to do this northwest region again we'd definitely repeat this as our base.

Everything was superb organised, the people so helpful and friendly. We liked especially the nice driver who picked us up from the station an even run after me when I forget my phone at the reception. Cheers to him! :) The room was perfect, we slept on tatami mats. And so was the japanese breakfast. We highly recommend! The private bath is gorgeous, but also the public Onsen within the hotel. You get a nice kimono in your room to were within the house. The nice welcome with matcha tea and the drink buffet during the afternoon is a very nice service. We learned the hard way that one have to reserve dinner well in advance. You cannot have it spontaneously. But we got very nice help by the receptionist as he called a restaurant where we rushed by taxi to be in time for the last order. It was a great stay!
