It's seriously the COMPLETE PACKAGE! We had a very comfortable stay considering Tokyo was rainy during our stay - umbrellas are free to use downstairs too! The room was exactly as described and looked like the pictures Great tub and water pressure for shower. The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.

This hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Location was fantastic, especially for access to Kappabashi St for knives and kitchen wares. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely shower and bath, very clean and we had an excellent view of Skytree from our window. Staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful to us a number of times over our 5 night stay. It was great to have a kitchenette to cook some meals as all our other accommodation hasn't had this so we've eaten out a lot. It also had a washing machine/dryer which was excellent to put in a couple of loads over the 5 days rather than wasting time at a laundromat.

The location on top of the subway station (Ginza line) is perfect to allow trips to anywhere in Tokyo. It was our first time here and in this area, but for sure we'll stay here again when we return to Tokyo.
