The Arabic style of the ville, the staff was amazing and helpful, food was good, the pool was nice and clean and the location was in the middle of the city and close to the beach.

The huts were beautifully decorated, creating a cozy, authentic, and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay extra comfortable. A truly peaceful and charming place to unwind — I can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing five days at the accommodation. Its location is perfect—right on the beachfront, with restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The staff were fantastic, always cheery, welcoming, and the Jambo activities team were great fun with the water polo, volleyball and shuffle board games. Bar staff, cleaners, waiting teams will all make it feel like home as they greet you throughout the day. Small requests of ours were always met with help whether it be with food or hair conditioner. As vegans, we had a good choice of foods for each meal. The chefs even did vegan crepes each breakfast when we asked. Soya milk was also readily available, which was nice, and there were even milk and egg free cakes in the afternoons. The resort has a good variety of water sports at very reasonable prices. The spa and massage area is brilliant, so relaxing and well priced for all the treatments. We really enjoyed ours.
