From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.

Excellent breakfast and Chef /Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean. This is our third time we have stayed in this property and definitely use it again.

Because this booking.com stay was too new to get a review when I booked it, there was one minus, the listing of a mosquito net in the room, where there was none, but once I pointed out the mosquitoes, Gideon responded with daily mosquito repellant spray to ward off the pests. We also arrived on the property at past midnight, and around 1am, Gideon and his boss got us food delivered to our door, which I really appreciate.

And the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, allowing us to do a late checkout free of charge on our second stay as our flight was in the afternoon. Knowing it was our honeymoon, they put us in a high-floor room the bed and decorated our bed and left fresh roses and fruit. Breakfast was superb, one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. Fresh, tons of variety, and huge selection.
