I recently had the pleasure of staying in a two-bedroom suite at Trademark Suites at Enaki Town, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Nairobi. From the moment we arrived, everything about the resort exceeded expectations. The entire property is immaculately maintained, clean, and beautifully presented. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home — perfect for both relaxation and extended stays. The staff were truly the highlight of our stay. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Steven, who was absolutely outstanding — always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was flawless. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any hour really stood out. Breakfast was excellent every morning — fresh, well-prepared, and replenished quickly when anything ran out. The staff handling the breakfast service were accommodating and happy to meet any special requests, which made mornings that much more enjoyable. The resort’s facilities were also top-notch. One of the most convenient features was the complimentary shuttle bus to Village Market, which made getting around effortless. It's little touches like this that really elevate the guest experience. All in all, Trademark Suites at Enaki Town delivers a superb level of comfort, service, and convenience. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in Nairobi.

I like the location of the hotel. Also, it's just next to the botanical garden so it's surrounded by nature. The rooms are comfy and clean. If you take the room from the garden side, you'll have amazing nature sounds. On the other side just traffic but nothing you can't sleep from. The staff is super friendly. Thank you guys for all!

Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport ligger i Nairobi, 6,4 km fra Syokimau Station. I use Four Points about three times a year. It is absolutely the only location for me as I always do the same thing. I get in late after two flights from the USA via Amsterdam and I always book an 8 AM flight to Kisumu to be with my family as soon as I can. I have tried the other airport hotels but none compare with Four Points. There is always a sign with my name on it and I am immediately taken to the hotel. I asked for ice to ice my recently operated on knee surgery and it was terrific. Room service is quick and reliable. Thanks, Four Points. See you next time!
