KOZI is a gem of a place. The night receptionist and porter are lovely and super helpful with booking airport transfers, early/ late check ins, upgrading, carrying luggage to the room. The rooms are probably the cleanest I have experienced in Kenya and there is always someone in the 9th floor restaurant which is a blessing if you arrive at 5 in the morning and fancy a beer! I am always looking forward to my stay at KOZI.

They didn't have bacon the first day I was there and I requested bacon they had it the following day. I need to shout out Violet from the front desk, Masinde Security, Faith housekeeping they've always gone above and beyond each year I've stayed at Swiss Lenana Mount. Shout out to James and Mary in the restaurant always welcoming! These and their colleagues make Swiss Lenana Mount awesome to stay at! Hope they're incentivized to stay here for years to come.
