The hotel was very spacious, a nice waiting room for taxis and staff looking out for your taxi driver. The 24 hour service bookings for tours was excellent and helped us out with a complicated park entrance fee for Nairobi National Park etc. The bar staff were amazing so fun and friendly ordering drinks and going out of their way to split our bills, food was served so quickly. Upstairs was great with the pool and rooftop etc. I returned back because it was such an amazing place to stay.
