The open-plan rooms offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each room has a fridge, microwave and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower. The staff of the Hotel were really friendly and approachable. They were always willing to answer my questions and render assistance. I will never forget how the security guard even stood next to me while i was waiting for my BOLT Car ride (Taxi) to arrive. They kept me company with conversation and made sure the driver was not lost. The area is very safe and close to westgate shopping mall which any tourist can comfortably walk around in and enjoy the usual creature comforts (Restaurants, food, cinema etc). They have a restaurant which is helpful if you are lazy to leave the hotel for food. The breakfast was good. Nice view of the playing field opposite the hotel where you can see international people all playing sports together. There was not too much noise in the room. The microwave and full sized fridge were great additions meaning you have some ability to prepare food. There are no pots and pans/ plates but that didnt bother me. Room was very clean and comfortable. No AC but again that didnt bother me and seems to be a common thing in Kenya.
