From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet even though it is in the city. I love the trees and plants and the pool is also nice.

Located in central Phnom Penh, The Pavilion offers an adult-only accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are two pools, where one can swim and relax. I absolutely adored the setting of the old Victorian house. Very clean, peaceful and yet very centrally located. Amazing breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and acommodating. Will gladly return.

Centrally located in Phnom Penh, Plantation Urban Resort & Spa is situated directly behind the Royal Palace. Breakfast was excellent, it had a variety of choices. Very clean hotel and staff were very accommodating. Overall, excellent experience!
