Efficient friendly parking and reception staff. Everything was on time and organised. Room was spotless, quite large( king and single bed) with seats,desk, wardrobe, large sink in kitchen unit area. Nice toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great for airport and lots of restaurants around.

Very good hotel in a very good location in Jeju. We received a big room with the beautyfull view on montains. The room was very clean and very well equipped. Delicious Korean breakfast. Very nice staff.

I really like the ocean view.. the swimming pool was also nice.. but the water was so cold.. but they have a little swimming pool with hot water perfect for kids.. over all 9/10 ❤️

Nice neighbourhood, within walking distance from many restaurants, bakeries, cafes... Exceeded expectations.

Located in the centre of Jeju City, the 4-star LOTTE City Hotel Jeju feature a fitness centre and a sauna. Free WiFi and free parking are available at the property. This property is clean. Located at the city center. Just cross the road & go straight, you will find food street & shopping street. Very good to stay here. The front desk is friendly. But the employee at 1st floor lobby & duty free dont want to help if we ask about other store or restaurant or places outside the building. May be because its not their duty. It’s ok after all. We can use google map.
