WiFi is good and room facitilies include kettle, fridge and there is room service and a restaurant at the hotel (we didn't use it)

Very helpful and took extra effort to help us search for information as we do not speak the Korean Language. The 2 reception ladies could understand a little English which was very helpful to us. The night shift lady even guided us how to use the washing machine and dryer. Really thankful for her thoughtfulness. Always with a smile🥰. Breakfast was good with variety and local cuisine.
