Amazing staff , very welcoming and helpful! They are genuine and they make sure you’re having a pleasant stay! They’ve also helped us to get a refund for one of the nights that we’ve canceled even though by mistake we clicked an option that won’t refund the money. They are paying attention to all details and care about their guests, totally! I will definitely come back!
