Me and my sister loved everything about our stay at De Saram. Anthony and Tharak were very kind and sweet and made our stay feel like home. The breakfast prepared by them every morning was exceptional and magical! Anthony also gave us a tour of the entire property which we really appreciated. It's such a beautiful home and we are so happy we could stay there for a few days.

Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely open air dining room where we had the best breakfasts. The staff were very professional and super friendly and helpful. It's a lovely place with an atmosphere, our room had wonderful bed, closed off balcony great for enjoying the air and a perfectly clean bathroom too. The breakfast was fulfilling and just delicious, fresh fruit and a sri-lankan omelette with toasted bread as well as tea and coffee.

Every little request is handled with great care and kindness at La Maison de Colombo. For me, it was an exceptional stay – one I can wholeheartedly recommend. The fact that the hotel isn’t right in the city centre actually turns out to be a huge plus – it’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. That said, getting into Colombo and seeing the sights is easy – whether you hop on a local bus, grab a tuk-tuk, or take a taxi. All in all, an unforgettable experience – and excellent value for money! Very stylish and warm-hearted!
