From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and helpful. The staff assisted us with our luggage and gave us a great tour of our room. The room itself was fantastic: the bathroom was top-notch, and the bed was super comfortable. We slept really well without any disturbances, unlike some other places in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, like a grand buffet with plenty of options. The pool was another highlight clean, warm, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly and attentive. We also dined at their restaurant yesterday, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was smiling and super helpful. A special thank you to Tharushi, Sadew, and Oshadi for making our stay even more memorable! I highly recommend Green Escape Unawatuna for a fantastic stay!

We arrived early expecting not to be able to check in until later, the staff were very accommodating and we were able to go to our rooms on arrival. Breakfast was great, and affordable, the beds were comfortable, location was perfect for everything we wanted to see.
