From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for — always attentive and going out of their way to meet our needs. I want to give special thanks to Sunil Fernando, the executive chef, and his entire team. He personally adapted our full-board menu to fit our dietary requirements and created a wide variety of delicious dishes throughout our stay. You can really feel the attention to detail and passion in the food. Also, a big thank you to Fernando, the driver and guide — a truly kind and trustworthy person. He helped us with everything we needed in town and took us on an amazing full-day trip. Safe driver, good energy — highly recommend him. Chandimal, the housekeeping staff member who took care of our room, always surprised us with beautiful decorations and was incredibly helpful every day. His attention made us feel really looked after. The hotel itself is stunning — the infinity pool has an incredible view, and we stayed in the Ocean Room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was a true lifesaver after long days of travel. Overall, I felt relaxed, well taken care of, and almost like being part of a family. Extremely grateful for the experience — highly recommend this place.
