She arrived much earlier than expected and was already at the hotel around 5 a.m. The staff were very kind and welcoming — after filling out the loyalty card, they arranged her check-in long before the usual 2 p.m. time and even offered her a coffee. I am very satisfied and believe the staff deserve the highest praise and appreciation!

Well located, clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. The central location made it so easy to visit the Old Town and find numerous great restaurants to eat at. The breakfast buffet was generous and we were not rushed.

Novotel Vilnius Centre is a non-smoking hotel located in Gedimino prospektas, Vilnius’s main street. It offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV, a minibar and free Wi-Fi. They let us leave the room late if possible. If I go back to Vilnius again, I will stay at this hotel .. and great breakfast
