This secluded beachfront property with serviced studios and apartments is a 30 minutes’ drive from Mahahual and Costa Maya. It offers beach front units with private screened terraces or balconies and ocean views. Remote location with amazing Oceanside location. Beautiful art, many amenities and details not typically found in Mexico… like fully stocked kitchens with ample knives and cooking needs. The cantina was so handy with delicious food. Great staff.

Each air-conditioned room at this hotel features modern décor, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a desk and a seating area. They also feature a telephone and gorgeous wooden floors. The hotel also offers meeting and banquets facilities. Previous trip there was no hot water...that was my only complaint and this time the water was hot n plentiful. Everything else about Fiesta has always been excellent. Great value.

We also really appreciated the great amenities included, like the free kayak, paddle boards, and even the scooters/motorcycles — such a nice bonus! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
