The staff took great care of us, the complex is small so it is intimate but at the same time the infrastructure allows you to meet others and talk with other customers and share experiences not to be missed in Bacalar. The yoga classes are great and suitable for all levels, especially for the first time. The lunch is excellent and varied, yes there are not a thousand choices but it is cooked a la minute especially for you so it remains very flexible and these are details that make the experience unique and made for you. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well thought out. It had everything we needed, even mosquito spray. It was a beautiful stay !

This secluded beachfront property with serviced studios and apartments is a 30 minutes’ drive from Mahahual and Costa Maya. Remote location with amazing Oceanside location. Beautiful art, many amenities and details not typically found in Mexico… like fully stocked kitchens with ample knives and cooking needs. The cantina was so handy with delicious food. Great staff.

Everything, The architecture of the place, the incredible service, there is always someone to attend to any need, we had an inconvenience because we had a flat tire of one the bikes we rented and they were very kind not to charge us that day of rent. We appreciated it a lot. Breakfast delicious, chill environment. Perfect location because is close to the Lagoon Pier but also close to downtown and the ADO terminal, in a secure and quiet zone. We definitely recommend it and would come back 😊❤️

Fiesta Inn in the coastal city of Chetumal is only 800 metres from the bay and offers an on-site fitness centre. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and Wi-Fi. Very nice, clean & staff was super helpful. They accommodated my grandmother in a wheelchair with no problem!

One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony — waking up to such a serene and picturesque scene was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a big, cozy bed and a bathroom that was both spacious and well-appointed. What really sets this place apart is the private access to the lagoon, which made it easy and relaxing to enjoy the water whenever I wanted. The hotel also offers fantastic facilities like kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), which added a fun and active dimension to my stay. Parking was convenient with a good spot right near the hotel, which made coming and going hassle-free. I also appreciated the restaurants nearby, many of which offer delivery options. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start each day. The service throughout my stay was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings perfectly. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
