The restaurant and lagoon access area are really beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were really friendly. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed on our trip!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Receiving a map and lots of information at check-in. Very comfortable room with a view of the stunning garden and pool. Quiet. Wonderful a La carte breakfast. The hotel open air restaurant reported to be the best food in Bacalar. We ate there twice.

This secluded beachfront property with serviced studios and apartments is a 30 minutes’ drive from Mahahual and Costa Maya. Remote location with amazing Oceanside location. Beautiful art, many amenities and details not typically found in Mexico… like fully stocked kitchens with ample knives and cooking needs. The cantina was so handy with delicious food. Great staff.

One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony — waking up to such a serene and picturesque scene was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a big, cozy bed and a bathroom that was both spacious and well-appointed. What really sets this place apart is the private access to the lagoon, which made it easy and relaxing to enjoy the water whenever I wanted. The hotel also offers fantastic facilities like kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), which added a fun and active dimension to my stay. Parking was convenient with a good spot right near the hotel, which made coming and going hassle-free. I also appreciated the restaurants nearby, many of which offer delivery options. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start each day. The service throughout my stay was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings perfectly. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
