The staff were always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the CBD, which made it easy to explore the area. Honestly, this has been the best hotel in Mexico for us so far, and we’ll definitely be back! They are clean. The pool was open.The breakfast buffet was okay. The bathroom is amazing. The pool was open, but it was cold because of the weather. We had a wonderful time.
