The hotel is nestled beautifully in the jungle. Quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Esther and the young man working were such amazing hosts! Even made us a special Mexican breakfast when I asked. They took care of everything with genuine care and smile. The hotel is in the small town of Chemuyil, which has a small town charm and is surrounded by cenotes. Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

I stayed in a tipi and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it! Everything was clean and neat. No problems with hot water or airco. Both worked well. The tipi has no bathroom, but that was not a problem for me. The tipi does have a sink and even a hairdryer. Location was perfect in centro, nearby restaurants and supermarkets and about 15 minutes walk to ADO. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights and talk about an absolute oasis. It is a hotel of only 9 rooms so it's lovely and quiet. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms and facilities are finished to such a high standard. Housekeeping do an amazing job at keeping it very clean. They did not change sheets and towels every day which we actually appreciated for environmental reasons but it felt like they did as the room was freshened and cleaned so well every day. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and organising a scooter rental for us which was dropped off and collected from the hotel. Couldn't have been easier! The place directly across the road does amazing breakfast ☺️

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a good position close to everything. Sabine, the receptionist went out of her way to tell us how to get around and the places we may need.
