The location was excellent, and the facilities were interesting, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Sandra checked us in, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Morelia very much and enjoyed staying and the Casa de Eugenia as well. Sandra made us a lovely breakfast in the morning too.

It had a very serene, earthy, and colourful feel throughout- from the moment you walk in. The location was perfect, literally 3-5min walk to the main square where all the traditional resturants/markets were. I would like to mention a special thank to Rocío and Dustyn, they were super polite, helpful and kindly directed me to all the attracations to see. Rocío supported me immensely with a designated friendly safe driver who took me everywhere. Higly recommended this place!
