We were treated so well by all of the staff! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. What an amazing ocean view! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The day we checked out they also let us stay a few hours past check out time. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Free Wi-Fi access is available and shuttle services can be provided for a fee. I highly recommend staying here! Villa Serena’s location is in the middle of town and cannot be beat. The king bed room for 2 we got was super spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the basic kitchenware (pots/plates/cups) which made it very convenient for simple cooking. The bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept in in any hotel/hostel. I will definitely stay here again when in Mazátlan. Shoutout to Daisy for being super friendly and for keeping out bags safe for us even after we’ve checked out!
