The staff were amazing.....very attentive and friendly. My suite was I believe Ana Maria..... exactly like the photo.....very spacious room....if you like modern then it's not for you ...if you want to feel like your going back in time then its for you. The bathroom functioned well.....coffee facilities and refrigerator was great. Not far to walk from the ADO bus station.....great location....I walked around and found myself in some great local spots. Breakfast was lovely.....a must try Mexican Coffee really tasty. I choose half board so dinner was included.....really nice touch.

I stayed in room 6 which is the last one on the ground floor and loved it. Beautifully decorated and with a calming view to the garden and all greenery outside, it was very peaceful. The bed was very comfy, the AC was blowing cold fresh air, and I rested well overnight. I decided to dine in the hotel restaurant, and oh boy what a lovely surprise. The menu consists of Spanish classics, tortilla espanola, pulpo alla gallega, croquettes etc. Everything was well executed in terms of quality, flavor and plating. I did enjoy my free margarita too :) Breakfast was included and also very good, with many options to chose from, well cooked and presented.

Bathroom was big with two showers. The staff reached out to me on WhatsApp to confirm arrival time and get some info to speed up check in process. They figured it was my birthday also and decorated the room with balloons which was such a nice surprise! The room and all areas were clean and well looked after at all times. Staff is really great, they think ahead of what you may possibly need and make it happen. The pool is great size also with deep end on one side. Felt well looked after for sure!
