Everything was perfect, room fully equipped with anything you may need. Bed was huge and really comfy. Staff were great and very accommodating. Location was good, not the closest to KK but very close to the airport which was what we needed. Our only issue was that the pool closes every Wednesday for cleaning which meant we couldn't really use it as we stayed late Tuesday to early Thursday. However, the gym was open which was good for a small workout.

I recently stayed at Horizon Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! The rate for the stay was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality and service provided. The hotel room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I appreciated the comfortable bed, modern amenities, and the thoughtful attention to detail that made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting with a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly elevated the overall experience. Another highlight is the hotel’s prime location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of several key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area without needing to rely on transportation. Perched on top of a hill, this resort is surrounded by the tropical rainforests of Borneo. Amazing hotel with a wonderful pool where you can relax between the excursions. Strategic location to go to sepilok Nice restaurant with a great choice of food and good breakfast . Definitely recommended
