I really loved the location and the room. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff is very responsive and helpful from the moment of the booking until checkout. They let us leave our luggage in the morning before checking in at 3pm. The area is full of cafe, restaurants, small shops and massage places.

The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.

The location was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. They allowed me to check in early which was a bonus and the room was extremely clean and tidy. This was my second time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone!

I was very satisfied with my second stay at the aru hotel, but the front desk with a Chinese face hardly spoke. Others are very nice.

Sherman at the reception made my stay perfect. He is phenomenal. He was the person that checked me in, addressed all my questions during my stay and was there on check out. Seek him out if you ever need a reliable person with reliable updated info in KK. My queen room was beaufitul, with amazing view of the forest, big, comfortable bed, everything is spotlessly clean, well equipped. The location was somewhat uncomfortable to cross the street with a busy aggressive traffic, but once on the other side, everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is ok, but don't expect anything elaborate. Overall, great value!
