I loved the old colonial building vibe. The lounge with free flow of drinks and snacks was a bonus. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Noordin Mews is situated a 5-minute walk from Komtar and 1st Avenue. Heritage Area is a 10-minute walk from the hotel while Gurney Drive is a 15-minute drive away. I loved the room. All the nice touches. The lovely outside space. The brilliant breakfast and drinks. The turn down service.

Famous food centre, Gurney Drive, is a 10-minute drive away. -Every staff member I met was genuinely kind and enthusiastic, always offering help and thoughtful travel advice without being asked. Their warmth felt sincere and constant throughout my three-day stay, which made me and my friend feel truly welcomed and cared for. -The welcome drink — a light brown juice with a lovely balance of sweet, sour, and a hint of spice — surprised me. I loved it, and was even more delighted when they told me it was nutmeg, a traditional local drink. -The hotel is right in the heart of George Town — about a 10-minute walk to the sea, the Peranakan Mansion, and blocks full of unique little shops. -Our room had the charm of the old world with the comfort of modern amenities. It really felt like “sleeping with the past.” -Breakfast wasn’t extensive, but every dish was delicious.
