I was welcomed with a refreshing juice. Since the complimentary airport pick-up was not used by me (I already was in Kathmandu by that time), drop-off was provided. The reception staff, doorman, waiters, driver were very helpful. Sorry guys, I didn’t ask your names. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the inner yard was a cosy spot to enjoy it. The cook deserves a special mention – the food was excellent. Overall, very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

The room service was impeccable, always prompt and delivered with a smile. My room with the bathtub was a highlight—spacious, cozy, and beautifully lit, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Kantipura Village Hotel is probably the best place to stay at KTM both in terms of the location (few mins walk to Thamel St) and overall ambience of the place. The hotel feels new and super clean with beautiful decorations / art display around. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and feel luxurious at this price with every facility you may need as a guest. The service is immaculate! The staff are very efficient, courteous and well trained and probably have the fastest room service I have experienced in Nepal. The food is very good both in terms of quality, taste and price. The manager Ms. Ashmita does a fantastic job in managing the guests and their needs and makes you feel very welcomed. Overall, a great experience & highly recommended place to stay. We had a fantastic stay at Pahan Chhen in Kathmandu! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. We especially loved the Newari style decor. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with Patan Durbar Square just a short walk away. We highly recommend Pahan Chhen to anyone visiting Kathmandu! We hope to stay there again in the future.
