Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. Awesome wee spot with a lovely spring fed pool to swim in! Will definitely stay here again.

The room had everything we needed for our stay, very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning! The Allegra House was a close walk to everything Paihia, and they have a cute little shortcut path down the hill. The breakfast & homemade bread was delicious ~ so much to choose from to start your day. We would definitely come back to Paihia & stay at the Allegra House again.

Surrounded by lovely gardens and situated on the waterfront, Hananui Lodge and Apartments features accommodation with free WiFi, a private balcony or patio and an LCD TV. The location was perfect the rooms we booked had a beautiful Seaview which was just amazing The apartments were modern and clean, the hosts were super lovely and accommodating provided kayaks and paddle boards the the kids which they loved

Offering quality accommodation, this 4.5-star property is nestled between Paihia and Waitangi on Te Ti Bay. Location is a little out of town but only about a short walk away. It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Very spacious room Great shower Loads of kitchen equipment if needed

Just 10 minutes' walk from the Kerikeri River and set amongst gardens, the peaceful Colonial House Motel boasts free unlimited WiFi, Netflix and 50+ TV channels and a saltwater pool. Wonderful hosts who were friendly and accommodating (we were grateful for the opportunity to store our luggage for several hours before and after our stay so that we could sightsee.) Spotlessly clean unit with great amenities and comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings and pretty garden setting. We appreciated the breakfast with coffee/tea, juice, toast/spreads, cereal, yoghurt, and fruit. Excellent location near the Kerikeri Stone Store and Kemp House and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and cafes.

Edgewater Palms Apartments is located opposite Paihia's main beach and offers an infinity lap pool set amongst landscaped tropical grounds. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi. Lovely place to stay, excellent location.

Located in Kerikeri, this property is only 200 metres from the town centre. Guests have access to free WiFi and free private parking. Very welcoming staff, Beautiful Stay in a perfect area 👌 Highly Recommended definitely one of my first options next time I head that way 🙌
