I couldn't fault a single thing about this place, it was absolutely perfect for us. Great location, a short drive to the central part of town. Our room had a lake view, which you can enjoy from a covered and heated balcony, which gives it a plus if you go in winter. The room itself was really comfortable and every detail was well thought out. The spa pool was divine and the place was an oasis to relax. I'll definitely stay there again.

The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive to the Shorebirds Centre and there is a fantastic fish restaurant on the road beyond the centre, Kaiaua Fisheries.
