There are several eateries and a really good hypermarket within walking distance. Ahmed was a fantastic host, very responsive to messages and so helpful!

The place is fantastic.. The staff was incredibly welcoming, smiling, and super helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Mrs. Asmaa & Mr. Malek ahmed el Harthy. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The internet was freaking fast. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Everything was just perfect. Really nothing to complain about the facilities. Maybe the only thing that could be improved is the price of the airport transfer. 13 OMR is way too much comparing to 7 OMR for airport taxi, 5 OMR for "otaxi", and 1.500 OMR for A1/8 bus for 3 people.

Staff are very kind, welcoming, warm and super helpful. The gentlemen and ladies at the reception desk, very willing to help and very polite. Price is really reasonable for the quality and number of amenities. Room size is big, very comfortable. Bathrooms are very nice. Coffee shop in ground floor opposite reception. Good gym and pool and separate for gents and ladies. Gym staff, a young lady with short hair, very helpful. Did not get time to check out the restaurant in-house. Overall a very comfortable stay, was made to feel very welcome. I will visit and stay here again, ia.

This is an amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly, there is an underground parking which is very convenient, the rooms are super spacious and the bed comfortable. It is super clean, and the icing on the cake is the rooftop pool which has amazing views of Muscat's skyline. Also it is conveniently located close to the airport (10min) and less than 5 by car to the mall. Will definitely return here on my next Oman adventure.
