Staff was very helpful and friendly- especially the reception staff. Clean rooms with big comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

The suite was large, refrigerator ,stove and other kitchen items were provided though we did not use them. 20 minute walk to the city central. Staff was attentive and arranged a taxi to ollantatambo. Breakfast was very good and even brought to our suite. A throughly enjoyable night.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Union Hotel Cusco is situated in Cusco, 200 metres from Central Market and 500 metres from La Merced Church. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel has family rooms. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and included nice toiletries. Although in town, it was quiet. Staff held our bags both before and after checkout so we could do some site seeing. Breakfast was excellent. Proximity to the mercado, plaza de armas, and other sites in town was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and elegant hotel, right in the city center. Staff was incredibly nice, always smiling and the atmosphere in the hotel courtyard was special. The breakfast was one of the best we had in a hotel. They had anything one can imagine, even ribs and soup for breakfast! Very good fresh fruits and juices, vegetables, all sort of cheese etc etc. They also offer breakfast boxes for those who have early excursions.
