There are 36 double and superior double rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms, Queen or King orthopaedic mattresses, LCD TV with cable, national and international telephone service, and free WiFi throughout. The facilities were amazing !! The bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. We couldn’t enjoy of the breakfast buffet because we had to leave early for a trip, but the staff prepared our breakfast in a bag to take away, really appreciated it.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Union Hotel Cusco is situated in Cusco, 200 metres from Central Market and 500 metres from La Merced Church. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel has family rooms. The location is very good and the nightly entertainment is enjoyable. Our room was on the first floor but was still very quiet. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. The presence of KIWI is a good attraction. I would like to single out one staff member who was especially attentive, helpful and a pleasure to meet each day. I took her card so that I could praise her but then lost it in my packing but I think her name is CELESTINA.

Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.
