The area is super safe and close to the center of Urubamba. The Family Bungalows are very spacious and super clean. We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not! Situated in a 16th century building in Cusco, Novotel Cusco offers modern rooms with heating and cable TV. It is only 3 blocks from Plaza De Armas and the cathedral. A great hotel in a great location, 3 min walk to the main plaza. Had a great room, spacious, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, eating outside in the yard was very nice. Staff was very polite. No doubt it was hy far better than a nearby hotel where I stayed 5 years ago (I won't mention its name), in which I paid much more and had a dark room deep underground.

Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.
