The Antigua Casona San Blas is a family-owned and operated boutique hotel in the historic center of Cusco with 50 rooms. We loved everything! The hotel itself, the sitting spaces in the garden, the restaurant was amazing, the food was great, the staff were excellent. The room was beautiful!!! It was a great experience all around! Highly recommend!!

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... My husband and I loved our stay in Tierra Viva. The views from the surrounding mountains are beautiful. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Food was delicious; both the breakfast menu and the restaurant menu. Rooms are so spacious and well decorated. We loved the green areas where you can chill in hammocks, outdoor beds, and sit around the fireplace. Mind the location is not walkable distance from the closest town which is Urubamba; you must take a taxi to get you there. This is a great stay if you want to relax for some days after the high-pace touristic days.

Situated in a 16th century building in Cusco, Novotel Cusco offers modern rooms with heating and cable TV. It is only 3 blocks from Plaza De Armas and the cathedral. Staff was helpful when our plans changed. Food at restaurant was delicious with excellent service from the waiter. His recommendation of food was wonderful.
