What a great experience 👍great value for money! The room was nice and heated, the food was really good. There is a nice area with and fast Internet in front of a chimney with fire in the evening. It's so nice to sit there. In the evening the restaurant even had nice music one evening with traditional songs and music instruments it was a rabbit nice experience to watch. The area is calm but it's really nice and you can easily get a cheap taxi to the city if you want. The hotel staff was incredible. They are so nice and helpful. Everything we asked for they always tried their best. The manager was incredible too he was so helpful, such a nice person we were so glad. He helped us organise private transport to bolivia which was very difficult. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything 🙏

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a fantastic view of Lake Titicaca. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The staff was amazing—friendly and always ready to help. There’s also a spa if you feel like relaxing. Both the breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. This was a great experience for us, and we truly enjoyed our stay!
