Facility was delightful and very clean. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone who coming to Zakopane. Underground parking was great. Pool was always crowded but that’s understandable for so many apartments in complex. My girlfriend describes it as “fabulous”.

Just like the photos, very clean and beautiful place. The location is perfect, the workers are amazing and friendly. Breakfast is delicious as so many options are available. The swimming pools are great both the indoor and outdoor. If you get the chance to meet the cat in the garden you are so lucky.

With beautiful views of Tatra Mountains and green meadows, the Willa Helan features a sun terrace and barbecue facilities. Its elegant rooms come with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels.... Polite and competent staff, delicious breakfasts, and a large, beautiful territory. The room was comfortable with a lovely mountain view. The spa area was very clean — the pool and jacuzzi were spotless, and the saunas were cozy and pleasant. I’m planning to stay at this hotel again for my next vacation.
