I visit Bucharest often and this time I was exposed to the Marshall Garden Hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and pleasant, located in a quiet area. The breakfast is adequate. The staff is generous and ready to help. All facilities are in excellent condition. Full value for money. Highly recommended... I believe I will come back again....

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest. All the staff were lovely (at the Reception and during breakfast). Our room was great (received a comp upgrade as well - thank you so much!), with a coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers. And the bathroom was one of the most spacious bathrooms I have ever seen, fantastic for 2 x ladies staying :) The breakfast buffet was amazing quality, with hot and cold options, fruit etc, and slightly different every day. The location of the hotel is perfect, 15 minutes by car to the airport and a short walk to the metro station, which takes to you the city centre in 10 minutes.
