Luleå Central Station and the city centre are 3 km away where you easy can access the Ice track during winter time The staffs are friendly and breakfast are good. Location is perfect and with free parking. The room size is big enough for both of us, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is the best compared with the other Scandic hotel. Overall, this is the best among all the Scandic that we had stayed for the past few weeks.

The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. We were lucky enough to witness the aurora borealis for the first time here, which made our experience even more special. The place offers a wide variety of tours and activities, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We did have one issue—due to a mistake on Booking.com’s end, our spa reservation was canceled without our knowledge. This is something that should be improved, as the issue could have been resolved before it became a problem. However, the staff handled it in the best possible way. They compensated us with free cross-country ski rentals, complimentary souvenirs, and snacks, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The agent on duty at the time was extremely polite and helpful, turning an unfortunate situation into a positive experience that actually enhanced our trip. Because of the exceptional service and the overall experience, we will definitely return and book the same apartment again. Highly recommended!

Piteå Stadshotell was built in 1906. The individually decorated guest rooms have modern tiled bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. Some rooms have a bath. Comfortable, breakfast was good. Clearly the whole place was looked after.
