Extremely rich breakfast, very friendly staff and after we read the reviews before booking this hotel, we have to say that all the positive remarks about this hotel are really not lying, great experience and location!

It's the place where we like to stay the most! Everything exceeded expectations, from the welcome to the room and the exceptional breakfast! Many hotel owners should take inspiration from them!!!

Situated in vibrant Södermalm, this hotel is set in a 1930s Art Déco building by Mariatorget Square. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player and luxury beds. Wi-Fi access is free. All the staff were so friendly and helpful I really appreciated the recommendations I received when I checked in on surrounding places to visit. wide-ranging. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable with various high-quality pillows to choose from. I also loved having my bed turned down in the evening. The breakfast is delicious and wide-ranging to satisfy all palettes. We visited in February, so not balcony weather really. And yet it was mild enough one evening to sit out there briefly and enjoy the night air and view over Mariatorget. Thank you that there was furniture there and even flower boxes. All-in-all a fabulous stay. My husband and I regularly treat ourselves to long weekends away, testing different hotels in Stockholm, and Hotel Rival is one we will definitely return to.

It's always wonderful to get good service in Sweden (as it can't be taken for granted)! The staff a Hotel Furusund was exceptional! They were super accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as it could possibly be! For that alone, I will give them 5 stars. Beyond that, the hotel is located in one of the most idyllic parts of the Swedish archipelago, it was a famous artist community at the turn of the century. There is lots to see, or you can just relax and take the views from the hotel. Recommend a room with a view! The restaurant goes out of its way to serve inventive dishes that are quite delicious. The breakfast buffet is also one of the best I've had. I will be back! Thank you so much!

Opened in January 2015, Hotel Kungsträdgården is housed in a fully-renovated 18th century building in central Stockholm. I was very impressed that I could book a single room. I am also gluten and dairy intolerant and breakfast had gluten free bread and cakes as well as almond milk.

Set by a fortress from 1735, this waterfront hotel on Värmdö Island offers impressive views of Solöfjärden and the surrounding archipelago. A quiet location, but accessible by bus or ferry from Stockholm. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We went on their free fortress tour, and they gave us a lift to the ferry. There are lots of lovely places to admire the views, including the cruise ships going by.

Located in the centre of Stockholm’s medieval Gamla Stan quarter, these bright apartments are 3 minutes’ walk from the picturesque Stortorget Square. Very comfy beds, and quiet at night
