I phoned just to let them know that we would not show up knowing that the room was prepaid. Later the let us know we would not pay du to those exceptional circumsance. Amazing and trustable!

Rooms at Best Western Hotel Baltic feature a work desk and satellite TV. Some include tea/coffee making facilities. Upon arrival, all children receive a small surprise gift. The best breakfast in Sundsvall. Staffs were friendly and much helpful. The family room was high ceiling and comfortable for a couple with kid. The bathroom was spacious. Gym was good and clean.

We loved having the breakfast, Swedish Fika and an evening meal all included. Saved having to look for restaurants and the food was very good. Great location for train station and the city centre. Staff were really helpful and welcoming.
