Everything was perfect – from the impeccably designed and cozy rooms to the warm hospitality. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the bathtub in the middle of the room – pure perfection, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The bath cosmetics were top-notch, carefully selected for a truly indulgent experience. And the breakfast and restaurant? A solid 10+! The food was simply outstanding, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a fantastic selection. The entire dining experience was exceptional! One small suggestion: it would be great if the hotel provided slippers in the apartment, as we really missed them while enjoying the beautiful bathtub. The location is ideal, the staff incredibly kind and professional, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. A hotel that truly deserves 10/10! We would love to return! 💖✨

DAM Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel that is well situated to explore not only the Slovenian wine region, but also to easily explore all of Slovenia's many charms. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and beautifully landscaped, including a newly added pool. There is a lovely bar that serves the restaurant for pre/post dining cocktails and is also used for the breakfast service. Michelin starred DAM Restaurant situated in the hotel is something to be experienced! It is helmed by the charming chef Uroš Fakuč and every course is personally supervised by him; mouthwatering seafood prepared to perfection! And highly recommend getting the wine pairing; Uroš pairs every course with wine from the region. The meal was so good, we went back the next night; chef Uroš prepared a seven-course meal just for us so that we didn’t have to eat the same thing twice! Talk about personalized service. If you are visiting Slovenia, especially the wine region, there is no reason to look any further than Dam Boutique Hotel and Restaurant!

Beautiful surroundings, a charming room, a lovely backyard, and a refreshing pool — all thoughtfully refurbished with great taste and respect for tradition. The wines and breakfast were truly five-star, with special attention to dietary needs, which I sincerely appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is perfect- set in a beautiful and green area of the town, very close to the monastery and the centres of both slovenian and italian part of the city are at walking distance. The studio itself is very clean, very cleverly arranged and even has a small kitchen. The bed was big and very comfortable. The owners also have a great restaurant nearby.

A magnificent renovated Karst house with amazingly friendly owners! Everything is brand new, tastefully done, with a generous and delicious breakfast with local products. It is located in a quiet and peaceful village with amazing nature, guests can visit a local goat farm and a homestay with local cuisine. Possibilities for hiking and longer walks. Highly recommended, 11/10!
