Surrounded by lush greenery, it offered the ideal escape from the city and the noise of daily life, allowing us to reconnect with nature. We enjoyed a peaceful 15-minute walk to Meena Cafe, spotting cows along the way, which my daughters loved. Everything about the experience was wonderful, from the tranquil environment to the exceptionally friendly staff. Just a heads-up, bring cash, as the area doesn’t accept credit cards.

The restaurant was great and the staff was friendly and more helpful than you could ask. If we were going back to Kamchanaburi again, this is a place we would stay.

Felix River Kwai Resort - SHA Plus,Certified is situated along the banks of River Kwai Yai and only a 5-minute walk from the famous River Kwai Bridge. It boasts two outdoor pools, a spa centre, free WiFi and up to 7 dining options. A 10-minute drive brings guests to Kanchanaburi city centre while Bangkok is approximately 2 hour 30 minutes away. The Felix was a great place to stay, enjoyed the room (although the view of the river was obscured), and the pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
