Overlooking the sandy shores of Lipa Noi Beach, Sea Valley Resort offer private air-conditioned villas and most with a private pool . On the beach which has very calm seas and there is also a multilevel pool for all ages. There are lots of sun beds and beanbags on the beach. Fantastic breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large with a couch and its own pool. Food very good in restaurant. 10+ on all counts. Some restaurants nearby. Easy to walk the beach.

It was a great pleasure to stay in The Paradise! The sea is absolutely amazing, quite location in front of the sea and with no any people around. Mentally I m here! We recently spent 3 weeks at The Deck Cottages in Koh Samui and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay – even sharing a few laughs with us, which made it feel like home away from home. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The pool was a real highlight – tranquil, clean, and never overcrowded, which made it perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The food was another standout. With an Italian-inspired menu and a wide variety of choices available for every meal, we were always well-fed and impressed by the quality and freshness. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Peaceful, stylish, and run by a genuinely kind team – we’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

The location is also very convenient — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at the Cactus Villa, which was stunning and truly felt like a home away from home. The photos online don’t do justice to this beautiful place—it’s even more incredible in person. The staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating—they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Lou Lou Restaurant was a highlight—the food was so good that we kept ordering more, and the pricing for both food and drinks was very reasonable compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning during our last two days, but the staff were incredibly helpful and caring, doing everything they could to assist us. This hotel is truly unique—offering a boutique feel rather than a big resort vibe. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is the perfect spot for you.
