This hotel has the perfect location with jaw dropping views. The construction was completed less than a year ago. It was very quiet even though there was activity at the water front below our patio. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, even sending our clothes out to be laundered. The breakfast was downstairs in a cafe open to the lovely view of the water. There were many attendants and many food choices. Delicious! One of the staff would approach us as we entered each morning to take our order of eggs prepared as we wish. After that, we were free to go to the buffet area for meat, fruit, breads etc. and coffee and tea. This hotel felt high end and had excellent service. The staff will suggest and arrange activities if you wish. There are long tail boats right outside the hotel entrance to book for excursions and the pier is just steps away. We used Captain Him (quite the character!) for our snorkeling trips. He gives a very special tour and is always smiling, super fun, an unforgettable day. You can't miss him. He's one of the most vocal boat owners and is by the 7/11. We were able to easily walk from the ferry to the hotel in about 2 minutes. Easy!

Located around 200 metres from Ton Sai Beach, the hotel with free WiFi is also 600 metres away from Laem Hin Beach. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. The hotel's location is perfect for a stay. While there may be cheaper options, they might have limited access to the main area by boat. I had some concerns after reading the reviews, but I didn't experience any issues with the bed or noise. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but they provided two extra lamps. The swimming pool was deep and perfect for a swim—my son even learned deep-water swimming here, so a special thanks for that! In the afternoon, the beach is dry, but in the morning and late evening, the water comes right up to the hotel, and you can even spot fish while snorkeling. The breakfast viewpoint was absolutely stunning. There's a market nearby, and a couple of Indian restaurants within walking distance. The fire show was also just a short walk from the hotel’s pool area. The hotel is a bit older and lacks a smart TV, but these things hardly matter when you're in Phi Phi.

Free WiFi is available in the public areas. Absolutely underrated spot. We stayed in the same vacation at hotels in Phi Phi and Phuket which costed 4 times more, and it wasn’t as good. Location is great. I’d ignore all BS comments about the noise, we didn’t hear anything (our rooms were very close to the beach side). The pools are really calm and amazing. You get infinity pool with spectacular views of best beaches in Phi Phi. We were a family, and the audience seemed mix between young couples, families, and the not-backpacker type solo travelers. Food for breakfast was great, with good selection. And the view, seats on the beach sand, just made it absolutely magical. Strong recommendation, great value for money, we will be back!
