Located a 5-minute walk from Kata Beach, Chanalai Flora Resort features 2 swimming pools with swim-up bars, a kid’s pool, 2 dining outlets and a kid’s club. Loved the pool, the rooms were clean. Good shower. Super close to the beach and shops.

We were extremely happy with this hotel: a large, clean room, a great view of the pool, a huge, comfortable bed, and incredibly friendly staff who are always ready to help. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful lighting around New Year’s. There’s a decent gym, a sauna, and a meeting room. I was a bit worried about the Wi-Fi rating since I needed to work occasionally, but surprisingly, the Wi-Fi was very stable and fast throughout the entire property — in the room, on the balcony, and near the bar. We really appreciated that we were able to check in early, as the room was already ready. On check-out day, if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room, continue using the pool, take a shower/restroom afterward, and even use beach towels for going to the beach, a very nice option (for free, of course)! The deposit of 3,000 THB or 100 USD is fully refundable, so no worries there. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, and we were happy with both the variety and the taste. We really didn’t want to leave.

The hotel was great - beautifully designed, very clean and spacious room, nice pool, quiet area and great beaches nearby. 10/10, truly. Breakfast was very nice, had a lot options to choose from. They also have snacks and drinks next to the pool to enjoy during the day, all included in the price. Staff is super nice and helpful and hotel owners are amazing, very kind people! Honestly, I can't recommend it enough, we spent a fabulous time there and we'd love to come back!

The VerdiGris is classy, well decorated, comfortable and extra clean hotel. The staff is super helpful and they care great care of their guests tendering at every detail. Tong, hour night careperson was simply great providing tea and biscuits and being absolutely attentive to every need. Another absolutely great feature of the hotel is their choice of local breakfast- real local and very tasty thai food which has been one of the best we tried during our stay in Thailand.
