Very modern, clean,and spacious. Everything felt brand new. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international options. The hotel put in an extra effort to make our anniversary special, which was very much appreciated! Nice pool area and dining options (we ate at the burger restaurant which had great cocktails). The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great service too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic option for anyone with an early flight the next day who needs to be within 20 minutes of the airport. There are additional restaurants close by and a shopping centre just up the road which is convenient.

This was our second time staying here and we were superb happy about everything. However, our second visit was beyond our expectations for one incident happened… We were traveling with two small kids and once we arrived at BKK airport thru hotel shuttle service then we found out missing one phone at the room during our packing. This was our mistake and we called the hotel immediately to see if they found the phone in the room. Luckily, they did retrieve the phone and asked their shuttle driver to deliver it to us at the airport during his next service… hard to express our thankfulness with appreciation about their prompt reaction with agility in taking care of this request in words, I would like to THANK YOU AGAIN for saving us here!!!
