The room is big and clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff at reception is polite and friendly and is fluent in English so no issue in asking for direction, places to eat. WiFi is good and shower water pressure is strong. Hotel has a coffee house and they have a happy hour from 3-5 pm. The hotel is a standout along the street of bars (organised and well behaved) and there is a DIY laundry and 2 massage parlours along the street. Central Plaza shopping mall is about 8 minutes walk away and the bus terminal is across the road from Central Plaza (another 5 minutes). The train station is about 10 minutes away on food. Next to the train station are - night stalls, food court, restaurants and a supermarket

Hats off - the architecture, the ambience, the vibe of this hotel is unbeatable. I booked it by mistake and realized that the price was somehow high in comparison with the other hotels in Udon Thani but it deserved every cent spent. The location is near the central railway station but adjacent to the vibrant venue of UD town food center with all its stalls, restaurant and live music. Some 10 mins walk is the central mall of the city. The breakfast was not much as quantity, but delicious and with good quality. Professionally run. Nice staff. I wouldn't comment on facilities, cleanliness and etc. - everything was a top notch.

Breakfast was excellent, and the laundry service outstanding - I asked for express service as I needed it back that day, but they still only charged normal rates. And I got an early check in at 6am for an additional 50%.

Everything was great…second time here for 4 nights. Extra large comfortable king bed with both firm and soft pillows. Oversize shower, good pressure and heat. Balcony overlooking lake with seating for two and table. Very good breakfast. Very nice and accommodating employees. Off the beaten path, so no noticeable noise. The only place that we will stay in Udon Thani.
