The hotel offers traditional Tunisian architecture, a large outdoor swimming pool and garden. the reception staff are so friendly and have good service , the restaurant and the bar staff are so friendly and clean, they deliver super service , tastey foods, the animationteam deliver positive vibe with big smile in face . also i felt safe because I see the security stuff almost everywhere. everything is beautiful. All staff from top to bottom were cordial and seemed enthusiastic. The animation team were constantly upbeat and personable. Their evening shows were entertaining for both children and adults. The beach was clean and the hotel staff on the beach were attentive arranging sunlounges etc. Empty glasses were collected routinely. The two pools were very clear with many sunloungers available. The pool bar had snacks on hand and serves juices, beer, cocktails, wine and softdrinks. Note: We were all inclusive hence all drinks and snacks were free or included. The restaurant had a wide variety of all cuisines and each day they had new varieties. Quality wise most everything was extremely tasty. You can eat until you pop. Our room overlooking the sea and pool was spacious with a king size bed via combining two twin beds. On a personal note if one wanted to go to sleep before 11pm when the animation show ended it would be difficult due to the noise from the nightly show. Suggestions, pack your earplugs.
