This was my first trip to Asia and my first trip to Taiwan, so I didn’t know what to expect. I had reached out to the motel prior to our trip with questions and they were very responsive, which I was very impressed with their customer service. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a spacious shower and high-quality toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep every night. I really appreciate the air purifier in the room. My mom got sick on day 2 of our trip and I truly believe the air purifier and daily cleanliness prevented me from getting the same throat infection my mom had. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always ready to assist with calling a taxi for us, and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The motel’s location was another highlight – conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Taoyuan and beyond. Chao Motel also stood out for its peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing. Our family, including my 13-year-old daughter, found it to be the ideal base for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and was included. I chose this motel because it offered both western and Taiwanese cuisine. You can get eggs made to order every morning and their special meal of sirloin beef, shrimp and squid was delicious! My daughter loved her scrambled eggs and chicken nuggets. We enjoyed the variety of foods too. There is a car port/garage where you can park your car and the room is above on the second floor. I never stayed in an accommodation like this before but I loved it and so did my family. We highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and convenience in Taoyuan.

How wonderful to jump start our day with a substantial and nutritious breakfast! The location is 15 minutes from the airport which fit our needs to get to the airport leisurely for our flights. Highly recommend this place!

JS Hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Zhongli Railway Station and a 15-minute walk from Zhongyuan Night Market. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The hotel lobby is equipped with coffee machines, tea machines, water dispensers, and microwaves for guests to use for free. No complaints here. We needed a place to stay for a night between our time in Zhongli visiting family and our flight out of the country. We wouldn’t mind returning for another short or longer stay. Convenient location and good price. It was comfortable and met our needs!

Taoyuan International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the Jungli. The hotel is a 5-miinute drive from Jungli Train Station and a 15-minute drive from Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station. Very large rooms and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic!

The property is non-smoking and is located 34 km from MRT Yongning Station. Everything in the room seemed very new. The commode has a bidet and heated seat which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was excellent, really hit the spot! The laundry room was a plus and I was able to get a load done using the detergent available at the facility. The courtyard is small but picturesque with a koi pond. The gym isn't big but seemed clean and well maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the high speed rail was convenient and on time. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time since ours was almost at capacity. Although I was comfortable communicating in Mandarin, staff was able to communicate with English. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, host at the restaurant, waiter, janitorial, driver) was pleasant and helpful. I felt that when they saw me struggle with something, they jumped in to offer assistance even if it was not their job.
